To Discuss Your Case With Smriti, Follow This Simple 2-Step Process
The Ultrawellness Program is our flagship offering, designed for those who are ready to work on their health using world-class functional testing, targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, functional supplements, deep dive into lab work and symptoms, and the precision needed to put the symptoms or disease into remission, and heal your body from the inside out.
This is a very hands-on and a high-involvement program (via video calls) where Smriti and her team will work very closely with you, and make precise protocols for your recovery over a period of 3 to 4 months, suited to your health issues, infections, symptoms etc.
Smriti is involved in every single case herself, and hence there could be some waiting period to start your program, depending on the next available dates.
To get enrolled with us as a client, everyone has to mandatorily discuss their case with Smriti first, for her to understand your case in detail.

Step 1:
Book your Lab Work:
This lab work is very useful for Smriti to understand your case better and hence recommended.
For accuracy, it is recommended (after consulting your doctor) to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the tests. And give the blood sample after 12 hours of fasting.
Once your lab work is ready, email it to info@smritikochar.com, and then move to Step 2.
For people based out of India, doing lab work is not mandatory.
Step 2:
Book your Pre-Consultation Session with Smriti:
This is a paid 30 mins session with Smriti – to thoroughly understand your health history, lab results, current symptoms, and goals.

- This is a paid 30 mins session with Smriti – to thoroughly understand your health history, lab results, current symptoms, and goals.
- She will get a detailed understanding of your case and labwork from a functional medicine point of view.
- You will understand potential root causes where your symptoms may be coming from.
- You will get an understanding of how much time you will need with us, and how the program will be designed for you.
- You will discuss the way forward with Smriti, and what’s required to be done for your health transformation.
- No supplement protocols or meal plans are given in this meeting.

Our Client Onboarding Process
1. If you wish to work with us, the FIRST step is to book a Pre-consultation appointment with Smriti. We take clients from across the world, so consults are fully online on Google Meet, and not in-person.
2. This is a 30-min online appointment and you get to discuss your labwork, your case, your health objectives, your health history, and current symptoms with Smriti. This session is critical for Smriti to understand the case before she takes you on as a client, and also for you to understand how the program will be designed for you. Please ensure you email your labwork on info@smritikochar.com, before the appointment, so that the session is meaningful.
3. Smriti will discuss the investment involved for your program, once she understands your case fully.
4. Solutions/ Meal Plans/ Consults are part of the program and not part of this Pre-Consultation session.
5. Specific labwork is needed for this session. Please click the labwork button below to book it.
It is advisable to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the labwork to get the most accurate results. Please consult your doctor before stopping any medicines. All tests to be done after 12 hours of fasting.
Terms & Conditions

For everyone joining the Ultrawellness Program - During the program, some sessions will be with Smriti, and some with the team. Smriti is part of every client's chat support group. All program protocols are designed by Smriti herself, and the team will guide you on the protocols during your program. This is to ensure precision, accuracy and the speed needed to carry out your program effectively, and get you the desired results in the shortest possible time.
Apart from the program fee, you will be spending additionally on supplements or any labwork that's needed during your program. These costs are not included in the program fee, and has to be borne by you separately, on actuals, depending on your particular case and requirements.
We do not work with pregnant or lactating women, or with children below the age of 10.
All fee is non-refundable, once paid. This includes fee for the program as well as the pre-consultation session.
All appointments are online only, and they start on time and end on time. Hence, we request you to be sharp on time for the appointments. People from all countries are welcome to join the program.
We are flexible with rescheduling of your appointment once, with a minimum notice of 6 hours. Pls inform us on whatsapp chat number +91 9310591448 if you can't make it to the appointment. If you forget your appointment or don’t show up for the pre-consultation session without informing, it would be considered a no-show and there will be no rescheduling or refund of the fee possible.
We do not send reminders for any appointments that you have with us. So we request you to kindly set an alarm/ reminder for your session so that you don’t miss your session.
If there is a change of schedule or postponement of the session from Smriti’s side, you will be informed, and new appointment slot options will be shared with you, to choose from. We don't process refunds, but we guarantee you will be given a new slot which suits your availability.
There will be no follow-up Pre-Consultation Session provided later to discuss your labwork, if you don’t come prepared with your lab reports during the first session.
1. All our fee is non-refundable, once paid.
2. We don’t allow last-minute or same-day rescheduling of the Pre-consultation session. Rescheduling is allowed once and only if requested atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. All appointments start on time and end on time, and hence we request you to be sharp on time for the meeting.
4. If you forget your appointment or don’t show up for the Pre-consultation session, there will be no rescheduling or refund of the fee possible.
5. We do not send reminders for any appointments that you have with us. So we request you to kindly set an alarm/ reminder for your session so that you don’t miss your session.
6. If there is a change of schedule or postponement of the session from Smriti’s side, you will be informed, and new appointment slot options will be shared with you, to choose from. You may request for a refund only in case you don’t get slot options from our side within the next 10 days of your appointment. If you are not available for rescheduling in the next 10 days, then you can avail the session anytime in the next 30 days from your scheduled appointment date. After 30 days, the option for availing your appointment will lapse.
7. There will be no follow-up Pre-consultation session provided later to discuss your labwork if you don’t come prepared with the reports during the session.
8. We do not work with pregnant women, or with children below the age of 5.
