Simple 2 Step Process to Begin Your Health Transformation With Us.

The UltraWellness Program is our flagship offering for individuals who want to go all in.
It is designed for those who are ready to work on their health using world-class functional testing, targeted protocols, and precision supplementation.
This is a hands-on, high-involvement program where Smriti and Surbhi work closely with you to identify the root causes, create precise customized interventions, and guide you step-by-step through the whole journey of 3 to 6 months. Expect a deep dive into gut microbiome and infections, immune markers, hormones, detox pathways, nutrient status, and whatever else is necessary.
Best suited for chronic or complex health conditions, or those wanting to go all out with their healing journey.
If you want shorter programs, or have budget constraints, discuss with Smriti in the session, and she will curate a program for you in your budget and more specific to what you want.

Step 1:
Book your Lab Work:
Your first step is to schedule the lab tests required, for Smriti to fully understand your health parameters and deviations. This labwork is not mandatory to do. However, it is very useful for Smriti to understand your case better and hence recommended.
For accuracy, it is recommended (after consulting your doctor) to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the tests. And give the blood sample after 12 hours of fasting.

For those who are based out of India, in case you are unable to find a lab to do the labwork, you may skip it and directly move to Step 2.
Step 2:
Book your Pre-Consultation Session with Smriti:
This session is a 30 Minute Session with Smriti designed to thoroughly understand your health history, lab results, current symptoms, and goals. We accept clients globally, so no matter where you are, you can consult her online very easily.
(Smriti is not taking face to face appointments at the moment.)
You will receive the Google Meet link for your online appointment, on your email ID, once you book the appointment.
What You Need to Do Before Your Appointment:
Please email your lab work (from Step 1) to info@smritikochar.com so that Smriti can review it and provide meaningful insights to you, during your appointment with her.
What To Expect In Your Pre-Consultation Session with Smriti
- Understanding of your case and labwork from a functional medicine point of view.
- Understand potential root causes of where your symptoms may be coming from.
- Understanding how much time you will need with us, and how the program will be designed for you.
- Discuss your budget with Smriti to work out options.
How to Sign Up For Your Personalized Program
Once you’ve completed your Pre-consultation Session with Smriti, and decided to sign up for the Program, just message on our WhatsApp Chat Support Number +919310591448, for assistance with your onboarding.
Our Client Onboarding Process
1. If you wish to work with us, the FIRST step is to book a Pre-consultation appointment with Smriti. We take clients from across the world, so consults are fully online on Google Meet, and not in-person.
2. This is a 30-min online appointment and you get to discuss your labwork, your case, your health objectives, your health history, and current symptoms with Smriti. This session is critical for Smriti to understand the case before she takes you on as a client, and also for you to understand how the program will be designed for you. Please ensure you email your labwork on info@smritikochar.com, before the appointment, so that the session is meaningful.
3. Smriti will discuss the investment involved for your program, once she understands your case fully.
4. Solutions/ Meal Plans/ Consults are part of the program and not part of this Pre-Consultation session.
5. Specific labwork is needed for this session. Please click the labwork button below to book it.
It is advisable to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the labwork to get the most accurate results. Please consult your doctor before stopping any medicines. All tests to be done after 12 hours of fasting.
Terms & Conditions
All fee is non-refundable, once paid. This includes fee for all services, programs and appointments.
In the Ultrawellness Program, your video calls will be with Smriti's partner - Surbhi. Also, Smriti along with Surbhi, will be available to you on Whatsapp during the whole program.
We only charge our consulting fee. Cost of supplements and testing is not included in the program fee, and has to be borne by the client separately, on actuals.
We don’t allow last-minute or same-day rescheduling of the Pre-Consultation Session. Rescheduling is allowed once and only if requested atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
All appointments for the program are online only, and start on time and end on time. Hence, we request you to be sharp on time for the meeting.
If you forget your appointment or don’t show up for the Pre-Consultation Session, there will be no rescheduling or refund of the fee possible.
We do not send reminders for any appointments that you have with us. So we request you to kindly set an alarm/ reminder for your session so that you don’t miss your session.
If there is a change of schedule or postponement of the session from Smriti’s side, you will be informed, and new appointment slot options will be shared with you, to choose from. You may request for a refund only in case you don’t get slot options from our side within the next 10 days of your appointment. If you are not available for rescheduling in the next 10 days, then you can avail the session anytime in the next 30 days from your scheduled appointment date. After 30 days, the option for availing your appointment will lapse.
There will be no follow-up Pre-Consultation Session provided later to discuss your labwork if you don’t come prepared with the reports during the session.
We do not work with pregnant or lactating women, or with children below the age of 10.
