Our Simple 4-Step Process to Begin Your Health Transformation:
We’ve streamlined the process to make it easy for you to get started with Smriti’s Transformative Ultra-Wellness Program.
This Program is for you ONLY if you are willing to invest in your health for 3 to 6 months. Do it once, and do it right!
Here’s how it works:
Step 1:
Book your Lab Work:
Your first step is to schedule the lab tests required for Smriti to fully understand understand your health parameters and deviations.
Step 2:
Book your Pre-Consultation Session:
This session is a 30 Minute Session with Smriti designed to thoroughly understand your health history, lab results, current symptoms, and goals. We accept clients globally, so no matter where you are, you can consult her online very easily.
What You Need to Do Before Your Appointment:
Please email your lab work (from Step 1) to info@smritikochar.com so that Smriti can review it and provide meaningful insights to you, during your appointment with her.
Step 3:
Attend Pre-Consultation Video Call with Smriti:
During the Pre-Consultation Session, Smriti will discuss your case in detail, your health objectives, and determine what specific interventions will be part of your personalized program. Once she understands your case, she will explain the steps and investment required for your personalized program.
You will recieve the Google Meet link for your online appointment, on your email ID, once you book the appointment in Step 2.
Step 4:
Begin Your Personalized Program:
Once you’ve completed your pre-consultation session with Smriti, and decided to sign up for the program, just message us on our WhatsApp Chat Support Number +919310591448, and someone will assist you with your onboarding.
Our Client Onboarding Process
1. If you wish to work with us, the FIRST step is to book a Pre-consultation appointment with Smriti. We take clients from across the world, so consults are fully online on Google Meet, and not in-person.
2. This is a 30-min online appointment and you get to discuss your labwork, your case, your health objectives, your health history, and current symptoms with Smriti. This session is critical for Smriti to understand the case before she takes you on as a client, and also for you to understand how the program will be designed for you. Please ensure you email your labwork on info@smritikochar.com, before the appointment, so that the session is meaningful.
3. Smriti will discuss the investment involved for your program, once she understands your case fully.
4. Solutions/ Meal Plans/ Consults are part of the program and not part of this Pre-Consultation session.
5. Specific labwork is needed for this session. Please click the labwork button below to book it.
It is advisable to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the labwork to get the most accurate results. Please consult your doctor before stopping any medicines. All tests to be done after 12 hours of fasting.
Terms & Conditions
The first meeting (Pre-Consultation Session) is with Smriti directly. The program sessions are with her colleague Surbhi. However, each and every client has full access to Smriti on WhatsApp during the entire program, and she is fully involved in each case. Alternatively, you may opt to do the program directly with Smriti (charges for that would be additional).
All our fee is non-refundable, once paid.
We don’t allow last-minute or same-day rescheduling of the Pre-Consultation Session. Rescheduling is allowed once and only if requested atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
All appointments start on time and end on time, and hence we request you to be sharp on time for the meeting.
If you forget your appointment or don’t show up for the Pre-Consultation Session, there will be no rescheduling or refund of the fee possible.
We do not send reminders for any appointments that you have with us. So we request you to kindly set an alarm/ reminder for your session so that you don’t miss your session.
If there is a change of schedule or postponement of the session from Smriti’s side, you will be informed, and new appointment slot options will be shared with you, to choose from. You may request for a refund only in case you don’t get slot options from our side within the next 10 days of your appointment. If you are not available for rescheduling in the next 10 days, then you can avail the session anytime in the next 30 days from your scheduled appointment date. After 30 days, the option for availing your appointment will lapse.
There will be no follow-up Pre-Consultation Session provided later to discuss your labwork if you don’t come prepared with the reports during the session.
We do not work with pregnant or lactating women, or with children below the age of 10.
